Art-of-Conference was set up by Martina Zawadzki on October 1st, 2002.
The major field of activity is the organisation of Annual General Meetings (AGM) for companies listed at the Stock Exchange.
Furthermore Art-of-Conference organises conferences and trainings. Martina Zawadzki has been in Event-Management for many years. Beginning of the year 2000 she specialised on the support and organisation of AGMs.
Based in Stuttgart, Germany, Art-of-Conference is acting supraregional and is also supporting international projects.
Art-of-Conference offers its clients the possibility to chose between a single service or a full-service-package including e.g. special technical equipment, software and hardware to determine the presented share capital and lead through the voting procedure, professional and trained staff etc.
