Art-of-Conference was set up by Martina Zawadzki in October 2002.
Based in Grafenau, close to Stuttgart, Germany, Art-of-Conference is acting supraregional and is also supporting international projects.
The major field of activity is the organisation of General Meetings (AGMs/EGMs) for companies
listed at the German Stock Exchange (Prime / General Standard or Open Market).
Although our clients are mostly companies from inside Germany, we supported the General and Extraordinary Meetings of a UK-Plc with registered shares, listed in the regulated market in Germany (Prime Standard) for 19 years.
Our second area of operations is the organisation of conferences and meetings, especially
analyst and press conferences.
Art-of-Conference offers its clients the possibility to chose between a single service or a
full-service-package including e.g. special technical equipment, software and hardware to
determine the presented share capital and lead through the voting procedure, professional and trained staff etc.
Art-of-Conference
teams up with several partner companies and can therefore provide highly professional services in those fields, closely connected to the organisation of conferences and AGMs.
